As a Deputy General Manager, you will be the person in charge when your General Manager is on shift – you will be responsible for developing, leading and managing the Crew and managers in store while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries.
Leading from the front, you will be hands on which means jumping in and working on the line and you’ll be just as with driving sales and controlling costs as you are serving perfect burgers and fries.
Deputy General Managers are the General Managers of the future and work hard on their development to prepare for the step up into the role of General Manager.
