If you’re made of the right stuff, it’s important to get to know our business and how we work before applying. That’s why we’ve outlined our recruitment process for you. It may vary slightly depending on the role – but at the end of the day, we all want to be 100% sure that we’re right for each other. Right?
Does it suit you and your skills? Where is it based? What are the hours? How do the shift patterns work? What’s the salary (let’s be honest, what you earn is important, too)? How about those benefits and rewards? And where does it sit on our career path?
Depending on the position you’re applying for, we might ask you a couple of questions about your availability to work, the shift patterns you can work or even how you’d behave in situations you might experience in the job.
There are no right or wrong answers to these – just pick whatever feels right to you.
We’ll ask you to include a copy of your CV with your application, so make sure yours is ready.
We'll review your completed application and if we think you’re made of the right stuff, we’ll give you a call so we can have a chat about your application and also to answer any questions you may have. This shouldn’t take too long and there isn’t any special preparation you need to do before the call - just be yourself!
But don’t worry, we won’t be looking for ‘perfect’ – we’ll be more interested in your attitude and behaviour on the day. Afterwards, you’ll sit down for an interview with a manager to discuss how it went and why you feel Five Guys could be right for you.
