You’ll start on £9.00 - £10.00 per hour – this depends where the restaurant is and not on your age – everyone starts on the same rate at Five Guys!
What’s more, our “Earn As You Learn” scheme means an increase to your hourly rate for every station you learn – that means an extra .40p per hour when you’ve learnt every station!
Our secret shopper program is a bonus our crew tell us is awesome - which can add up to £1 per hour to your hourly rate
We offer contracted hours that fit in with the rest of your life - no zero hours contracts here!
