CREW
- You’ll start on £9.00 - £10.00 per hour – this depends where the restaurant is and not on your age – everyone starts on the same rate at Five Guys!
- What’s more, our “Earn As You Learn” scheme means an increase to your hourly rate for every station you learn – that means an extra .40p per hour when you’ve learnt every station!
- Our secret shopper program is a bonus our crew tell us is awesome - which can add up to £1 per hour to your hourly rate
- We offer contracted hours that fit in with the rest of your life - no zero hours contracts here!
- Participation in the pension scheme
- You’ll get paid breaks – we think it’s the right thing to do
- 28 days paid holiday (pro-rated if you're part-time)

Shift Manager
- You’ll start on a salary of £23,700 - £24,700 - depending on where the restaurant is located
- An achievable quarterly bonus that's guaranteed to make you smile!
- An awesome secret shopper bonus that can add up to £2000 to your salary

- You'll start on a salary of between £26,500 to £31,000 – depending on your experience and where you are located
- An achievable quarterly bonus scheme worth up to £4,000 a year (and perhaps even more if your performance is exceptional). You’ll be entitled to bonus as soon as you’re finished your training
- An awesome secret shopper bonus that can add about £2000 per year to your salary

- You'll start on a salary of between £29,000 to £35,000 – depending on your experience and where you are located
- An achievable quarterly bonus scheme worth up to £6000 a year – (perhaps even more if your performance is exceptional). You’ll be entitled to bonus as soon as you’re finished your training
- An awesome secret shopper bonus that can add about £2000 to your salary

- You'll start on a salary of between £32,000 to £48,000 – depending on your experience and where you are located
- An achievable quarterly bonus scheme worth up to £10 000 a year perhaps even more if your performance is exceptional). You’ll be entitled to bonus as soon as you’re finished your training
