That’s where the role of Support Office Manager comes in. You’ll be someone who takes real ownership, loves creating smooth and organised environments and keeps our office running to the same high standards as one of our best‑performing stores. If you’re proactive, hands‑on and love being the go‑to person who just gets things done – this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Run the Office Day‑to‑Day

  • Keep the office prepared, stocked and tidy.
  • Manage food, drink and supply orders within budget.
  • Look after deliveries, stationery and general office standards.

Keep Facilities Running Smoothly

  • Manage maintenance requests and contractors.
  • Oversee cleaning teams and plant care.
  • Maintain key‑holder access and documentation.

Support Health & Safety

  • Deliver office H&S inductions.
  • Complete safety checks and support fire, first aid and DSE processes.
  • Work closely with the H&S Manager.

Lead Front of House

  • Welcome visitors and candidates.
  • Manage sign‑ins, reception queries and parcel distribution.
  • Coordinate meeting and interview setups.

Own Shared Spaces & Logistics

  • Reset meeting rooms daily.
  • Manage coffee machines and equipment.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, collections and Addison Lee bookings.
  • Keep the merch cupboard organised.
