WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Responsible for all store teams including management.
Developing, leading and managing the store team while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries.
Leading from the front, you will be hands on which means jumping in and working on the line.
As a Deputy General Manager you will be ready to step up in store when needed.
Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs.
Your store will need to run smoothly on the day-to-day operations and think about long term planning. You will play a part in all aspects of running a Five Guys Restaurant.
Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline.
