The position of a Crew Member in Five Guys is varied and fast-paced; one minute you are serving customers at the till, cooking the patties on the grill, and next you're making the fries. Whatever you do at Five Guys, you will always be sure to deliver to Five Guys standards.

We're looking for ambitious Crew Members with experience in fast-paced hospitality or customer service environments who want to develop new skills, take on more responsibility and build a career with Five Guys. YOUR PAY

Under 18: £11.25 - £13.25 per hour, depending on where you are located
18 and over: £12.90 - £14.70 per hour, depending on where you are located

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Hospitality Experience: Experience in restaurants, QSR, cafés, bars, pubs, retail or other customer-focused environments is an advantage. You're used to delivering great service in fast-paced settings and understand the importance of quality and standards.
Customer Focus: You enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers and take pride in delivering excellent service every shift.
Quality & Standards: You care about serving great food, maintaining high standards and getting the details right.
Teamwork: You work well with others, support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
