As a Shift Manager you will be taking your first step management. You’ll lead your crew to deliver perfect burgers & fries and awesome customer service. That means making sure that the right people with the right skills are in your restaurant at the right time, and that everyone knows what’s expected of them.
You’ll help with opening and closing which are both important when it comes to setting your shift up for success, you’ll spend a lot of your time learning what it takes to run a profitable restaurant – that means managing budgets, accurate forecasting, ordering, and more.
Not to mention you’ll lead from the front and show your crew that you can get things done – whatever the challenge.
