Our ‘Earn as you learn’ scheme means when you join as Crew, your hourly rate increases with every station you learn - up to an extra 40p per hour when have mastered them all.

Our secret shopper program is a bonus which can add up to £1 to your hourly rate for Crew Members, and up to £2000 to your salary for managers – it’s our way saying thank you for looking after our customers.

Your time is important to us – that’s why we pay you while you are on your break.

Because we know you’ll work up an appetite on shift – you can have Burgers, Fries and a shake on us to keep you going!

From 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata if you're part-time) this goes up to 33 days as your career progresses.
